Practice Director, CFO
and Operations Director

Progesys is happy to announce new leadership nominations. Wassima Nukari is appointed to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Antoine Kerba is nominated to Senior Operations Director, and Dominic Caron is nominated to Practice Director, Commissioning and Project Control.

Dominic Caron is a specialist in Commissioning and Operation Readiness (OR) and a Project Manager with over 15 years of diverse experience in Commissioning and Industrial Project Management. Graduated in Project Management from Laval University. He has participated in projects in the field of refineries, cement works, mines, and metals as well as various projects related to the field of aluminum and its new technologies. He has completed and undertaken numerous mining and metallurgical projects associated with various commodities, such as iron ore, gold, and aluminum. He has extensive experience in the field of commissioning and management of major projects carried out in EPC and EPCM and turnkey mode in Canada and the United States. Dominic also participated in the setting up of PMO for project portfolio management, and the development of IT tools for commissioning as well as for monitoring OR projects. Dominic joined Progesys in 2015, and has since executed, advised, and assisted major clients in the execution of their projects.

Wassima Nukari, has more than 13 years of experience in Financial Management and Accounting. Most of her experience is in the oil and gas industry with an exposure to MENA and North America regions. Wassima has a bachelor’s Degree in Finance and recently obtained her master’s degree in Accounting from McGill University.
Since joining our team in 2020, Wassima has been managing our local and international financial operations. In addition to her knowledge and management skills, she has acquired and established companies in new regions.

Antoine Kerba, ing., P.Eng. is a Senior Operations Director and Civil/Structural Engineer with more than 30 years of diverse engineering, construction, and project management experience in heavy civil/structural and industrial projects. He has participated in multidisciplinary projects such as high-rise buildings, ports, infrastructure, mining, metals, and aluminum plants. He has completed and undertaken numerous assignments in mining and metals associated with various commodities, such as iron ore, graphite, lithium, gold, aluminum, titanium, lead, and coal. He has an extensive experience in the analysis and preparation of claims and expert reports in construction and has engineering and management experience in major EPC, EPCM and turnkey capital projects in Canada, the USA, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and China. Antoine has also taught Project Management: Project Controls at postgraduate level at Sherbrooke University. Antoine joined Progesys in 2021 and has since advised and provided consulting services to major clients.
