Progesys Brazil is awarded to provide services for integrated planning, offering support for risk management, Hazard, and Operability risks study (HAZOP) and critical analysis on the engineering design with a focus on environmental aspects, health & safety assessments, as well as Preliminary Risk Analysis.

SERVICES OFFERED

Risk Management studies (HAZOP, APR, and MASS) were performed on future Tecnored projects: an Iron&Ore plant, a Corn Treatment plant, and a logistic project for a railroad; all of them to be built in Marabá, Pará state, Brazil.

• HAZOP – Hazard Operational Risks Studies were carried out to identify, reduce and mitigate potential risks and incidents that could occur during project implementation and production.
• APR – Preliminary Evaluations of Risks and Evaluations of Aspects and Impacts were performed to identify, reduce, and mitigate potential risks and incidents that may occur during construction and accidents that can occur during the project implementation.
• MASS – Engineering Design Critical Analysis with a focus on H&S and environment. The Engineering Project Critical Analysis with a focus on Environment, Health and Safety was carried out to identify potential hazards and failures in the engineering projects, which may lead to risks to health and the environment.
