Operational Readiness

What is operational readiness?

Operational readiness is seen as a structured program that is applied to equip the owner/operator of a newly constructed or expansion project to undertake ownership of assets at project completion. This includes the safe and successful commissioning, start-up and operation of assets together with all business enterprise functions, meeting the planned business objectives and adhering to environmental standards (Christison, 2017).
